Hot-Off-Press: Kids’ Lower IQ Scores Linked to Prenatal Pollution

This translates into the proposed 21% increase in downtown garbage burning at HERC corresponding to about 11 pounds per year more air pollution for every child under five (about 28,000) living in Minneapolis!
