On July 23, 2009, the Minneapolis Council Committee on Zoning & Planning agreed to postpone their hearing on HERC expansion to allow the EQB (Enviromental Quality Board) to determine whether either an EAW (Enviromental Assessment Worksheet) or EIS (Environmental Impact Statement) should be performed by the MPCA (Mn Pollution Control Agency).
